Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. LEWA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first.
