Return Policy

We want you to love your LEWA piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Items must be free from scratches, perfume, lotions, stains, or any signs of wear.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
